This kingfisher lives on my lake, it took my a while to realise she was there as her voice is so high pitched. She flashes past me, bright blue, as I sit in the long grass. As I painted her, I could feel her power; the power of diving into new things, with swift decision and trust in the ability to do so. She encourages us to have confidence, and that the things you desire can be yours. She speaks of abundance and peace. I hope she can bring you this too :)Painted in watercolour.
